Agile is a 4 player game designed to teach students the management issues of developing technology systems using the waterfall and agile methodologies.
The game follows the System Development Life Cycle as players must management the development of an Information Technology System.
Some stages of the game have interative possibilities thus demonstrating Agile development approaches.
The game also incorporates the Waterfall Method.
Professors can discuss the IT components in the class room and players can integrate them into an architecture.
Each player on a 4 person team undertakes a different IT management role..
Players must work together to resolve management issues.
All the simulations have web based user interfaces for professors and students.
The games come complete with a composite game score and individual grade component scores.
User manuals for students and professors are available including syllabus ideas. Professors also have access to powerpoints on the game and the concepts within the game.
